Here at Volume Trading we like to think we are ahead of the competition in terms of quality and innovation and our range of engineered wood worktops is testament to that.
A relatively new concept for worktops which uses a solid wood overlay of 3.5mm of prime grade wood. This is then attached to a Chipboard core (E1 class, P2 moisture resistant) making a worktop that is either 22mm or 40mm thick. The wood is pre- oiled using WOCA Worktop Oil for maximum protection and finished using the SilkwoodTM finish. This gives a very stable worktop which looks like a solid wood top but can be installed like a laminate worktop. The collection features four beautiful stave layouts that create a unique prime quality appearance. All worktops come factory finished with matching edging, the short ends have the end grain finish to replicate the appearance of a solid wood top.
